These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our video games, AI bots, and HippoPenny’s other services for individuals, along with any asociated software applications and websites (all together, “Services”). These Terms form an aggreement between you and Hippo Penny LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

User Content
In certain instances, users may have the ability to create, upload, or share content within our games and chat bots (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Hippo Penny a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content within the scope of our Services. Users retain ownership of their User Content and are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to grant us the license described herein.
Hosted Software for Enterprise: In the case of hosted software provided to enterprises, any data generated or uploaded within the software (“Enterprise Data”) belongs to the enterprise. Hippo Penny does not claim ownership of Enterprise Data and will only use such data in accordance with the enterprise’s instructions and our obligations under any applicable agreements with the enterprise.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any User Content or Enterprise Data they upload or share complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. Hippo Penny reserves the right to remove any User Content or Enterprise Data that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Payment and Purchases
Some features or content within our Services may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions related to the purchase.
